Return Policy

Overview

We do our best to ensure only high quality products are sold. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@culllogic.com within 10 days of receiving your product and we will make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there is a defect with the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
